Reinforced Polypropylene Cone

The 12 inch front-firing driver uses a reinforced polypropylene cone on a high-excursion double-vented basket. Its four-layer 2.5 inch / 65 mm voice coil takes power peaks without compression. The dual ferrite motor gives it a short rise time.

Class AB Amplification

The Class AB amplifier delivers 350 W RMS and 850 W dynamic. Response covers 26 - 140 Hz at ± 3 dB and 15 - 250 Hz overall. The high efficiency of the motor delivers that level without a switching output stage.

Sealed MDF Cabinet

The sealed cabinet in solid MDF carries a 52 millimetre front baffle that contains vibration. This sealed loading favours bass control over raw level. Level, crossover frequency and phase controls adapt the subwoofer to the room and to the speakers already in place.
