USB converter to SPDIF coaxial Aurender Uc100. It connects a USB source to a converter that only accepts coaxial.

The UC100 links a USB source to a DAC that has no USB input. It sends the signal out on a gold-plated coaxial SPDIF socket. The aluminium case weighs only 280 grams.
The unit measures 14.5 cm wide, 5.4 cm deep and 3 cm high. Its machined fins handle dissipation on their own, with no fan. It slips behind a component without cluttering the rack.
The body is cut from a single block of aluminium, fins included. The gold-plated coaxial socket is fitted on the rear face. No screw shows on the visible surfaces.
The UC100 connects straight to the USB output of a server from the brand. The DAC then receives the stream over coaxial. No separate power supply is needed.
