Bowers & Wilkins wireless over-ear noise-cancelling headphones, with 40 mm biocellulose drivers and aptX Lossless Bluetooth. Thirty hours of battery life and eight microphones for calls.

The Px7 S3 carries the signal in 24 bits over aptX Lossless, with no re-encoding between source and earcups. The Bluetooth 5.3 link falls back to aptX Adaptive, aptX HD, AAC or SBC depending on what the phone supports. Multipoint keeps two devices active at once, computer and phone, with no re-pairing when you switch.
Each earcup houses a 40 mm full-range dynamic driver with a biocellulose diaphragm. A single diaphragm covers the whole spectrum: no filtering between ways, so no crossover joint to correct. A dedicated DSP and an amplifier/CDAC stage drive the assembly, with a five-band equaliser and TrueSound mode adjustable in the Bowers & Wilkins Music app.
Four microphones per earcup, eight in all, feed the active noise cancelling and isolate the voice during calls. Attenuation adapts to the surroundings and can be set from the app, from a train carriage to an open-plan office. Voice processing separates speech from background noise at the caller's end.
The lithium-ion battery runs for 30 hours of playback, and a quarter of an hour of charging returns seven. The USB-C socket both charges and carries wired listening, with a 1.2 m USB-C to 3.5 mm jack cable supplied. The hard carrying case, 177 x 60 x 234 mm, holds the headphones and both cables.
