Big conductors, big filter

The Clear Beyond Power relies on larger conductors for more current, and on a larger filter to clean the line. Its three 10 AWG Cross-field conductors in Grade 1 tinned copper, 99.9999% pure, are twisted with PVC air tubes under a double shield. The TPR jacket stays very flexible despite its 16.51 mm.

Premium E-5 plugs

The cable receives Cardas' premium E-5 plugs, soldered, crimped and assembled by hand in Bandon, Oregon. Their non-magnetic shell is designed not to resonate.

Screw clamping

The E-5 plug fixes to the cable with a screw clamp. Its range of 7.5 to 21.5 mm accommodates the 16.51 mm of the Clear Beyond.

Source and monoblock

The E-5 contacts are plated with silver and rhodium. Cardas intends this cable for source electronics and large monoblock amplifiers alike, with a rendering it describes as neutral and transparent.
