One hundred and fifty watts per canal

The power stage in class A / B delivers 2 × 150 W under 8 ohms and remains stable up to a load of 2 ohms. The SoundEngine2 technology detects the distortion where it appears and cancels it before it spreads in the signal path. With a damping factor greater than 4000, the amplifier keeps the grave membranes control over difficult loads. The bandwidth covers 5 Hz to 100 kHz.

Fully analog chain

The A200 does not comprise or network section or digital input. This bias is for listeners who already have a DAC or Streamer, to those who build their system around vinyl or disk, and those who prefer that a device fills only one function. The amplifier does not decide the source: it is content to offer it a stable amplification base. This is the difference in principle with the H200, its connected equivalent.

Symmetrical and asymmetric connectivity

Two XLR symmetrical inputs and two RCA entries welcome external sources. On the output side, a fixed RCA line feeds a recorder or second system, while a RCA variable line driver a subwoofer or a power block whose level remains set since the A200. A quality helmet output completes the set for private listening.

Phono entrance Mobile magnet

The phono mm input takes up the Mobile Magnet section of the brand's V10 preamp: hand-appared fet transistors and operational amplifiers selected for their low noise. On a fully analog amplifier, this input is not a catalog argument but the main point of input of a vinyl plate. On a daily basis, each entry accepts a fixed volume level, the device learns the volume controls of a TV remote control, a boot volume and maximum volume avoid brutal deviations, and automatic standby reduces consumption.
