Cabasse designed this tall stand exclusively for The Pearl, its spherical connected speaker. Two arched uprights link the base plate to the top plate on which the speaker is fixed. The brand presents it as the alternative to the wall bracket for placing The Pearl on the floor.
The top plate is fixed to the two uprights with four M6 x 10 hexagonal screws, then the speaker is placed and screwed on top. The Pearl and its stand together weigh more than 25 kg: Cabasse asks for two people for assembly. The speaker alone weighs 18 kg and measures 326 x 327 x 323 mm.
The supplied power cable runs inside one of the uprights, from the base plate up to the top plate. Tweezers supplied with the stand are used to pull it through the upright during assembly. Only the connector comes out at floor level.
The base plate takes either five decoupling spikes or five rubber feet, both supplied with the stand. The screws, the Allen key and the power cable are also in the box. The stand comes in black and in white.
