12-inch coaxial

A 12-inch woofer and a 1.5-inch coaxial driver radiate from the same point. The horn loading delivers high efficiency, with a sensitivity of 100 dB (1 W, 1 m). The response runs from 170 Hz to 20 kHz: the speaker handles the midrange and treble above the subwoofers.

70° × 40° dispersion

The waveguide, optimised by finite element analysis, controls directivity down into the low frequencies. Coverage stays constant over 70° horizontally and 40° vertically. The maximum level reaches 126 dB continuous and 132 dB peak, for 500 W AES at 8 Ω. The speaker also serves as an on-stage DJ monitor.

Mounting and connection

The T75-type mounting points accept wall, ceiling, truss and pole brackets. Two locking 4-pin connectors make line wiring easier. The Bias Q1.5+ is the minimum recommended amplifier, with a dedicated FIR preset. At 23.5 kg, the speaker takes two people to lift.

Composite and finishes

The low-resonance fibreglass composite cabinet limits vibration at high levels. Its smooth cellulose finish comes as standard in red with a black grille, black with a black grille or white with a white grille. RAL and KROME finishes are available on request. The speaker measures 719 × 415 × 660 mm.
