The 603 S3 is the most ambitious model of the 600 S3 Series. Its three-way design and large cabinet suit spacious rooms and home cinema systems alike.
The 25 mm titanium dome tweeter is mounted in a tube decoupled from the cabinet. The stiffness of titanium pushes break-up out of the working band. Treble stays clean without turning sharp.
The 150 mm Continuum FST midrange runs without a conventional surround. The cone controls material break-up and leaves the midrange free of colouration. Voices keep their timbre.
Two 165 mm paper bass cones reach down to 46 Hz. The dimpled Flowport moves air without chuffing. Sensitivity 90 dB, recommended amplifier power 30 to 200 W. Three finishes are available: Black, White and Oak.
