Wilson Exclusive Line Vocal EL: two-way bass-reflex centre speaker in black or white high-gloss lacquer. A 25 mm soft dome and two 4-inch drivers cover 50 Hz to 20 kHz.
The cabinet receives six coats of UV-resistant varnish, front included. On the white finish, this lacquer does not yellow in the light. The range comes in black or white high gloss.
A soft 25 mm dome reproduces the treble, and two 4-inch drivers share midrange and bass. The crossover joins them at 2,600 Hz, for a response from 50 Hz to 20 kHz (±3 dB). With 88 dB sensitivity and 4 to 8 ohms impedance, it suits amplifiers from 25 to 125 W.
Two bass-reflex ports open on the front, beside the tweeter, to support film dialogue. Without the grille, they give the front face some relief. The black grille with a fine texture is supplied, and a grey grille with a coarser weave is available as an option.
The cabinet measures 43 cm wide by 14 cm high and 16.5 cm deep, and weighs 4.5 kg. It sits under a screen or in a cabinet. Rubber feet are supplied, and a simple terminal block handles the connection.
