The centre of the range

The HTM6 S3 is the centre speaker of the 600 S3 Series. It shares the drive units of the 606 S3 and 607 S3, so the centre channel carries the same timbre as the fronts.

25 mm Titanium Dome tweeter of the HTM6 S3

Titanium Dome tweeter

The 25 mm titanium dome tweeter is mounted in a tube decoupled from the cabinet. The stiffness of titanium pushes break-up out of the working band. Treble stays clean without turning sharp.

Continuum drive units of the HTM6 S3

Two Continuum cones

Two 130 mm Continuum cones flank the tweeter. The layout covers the width of the screen without hollowing the midrange. Dialogue stays intelligible from every seat.

Bass loading and Flowport of the HTM6 S3

Cabinet and Flowport

The cabinet and the dimpled Flowport control the bass down to 72 Hz. Sensitivity 87 dB, recommended amplifier power 30 to 120 W. Three finishes are available: Black, White and Oak.
