DALI SUB E-9 F subwoofer in satin black with the grille fitted

Nine-Inch Woofer

The SUB E-9 F is built around a 9-inch long-throw driver with an aluminium cone. The stiffness of aluminium limits cone flex at large excursions, where a paper cone starts to bend. Response reaches down to 37 Hz at plus or minus 3 dB.

220 Watts

The built-in amplifier delivers 170 W RMS continuous and 220 W maximum, for 111 dB at one metre. That is the level needed to support a pair of bookshelf speakers in a living room without pushing the cabinet to its limits.

Crossover and Inputs

The low-pass filter adjusts from 40 to 120 Hz, covering the usual handover points. Inputs are RCA, filtered stereo or mono LFE, with a 25 kilohm input impedance. It connects to a home cinema receiver or a stereo integrated without an adapter.

Compact Format

The cabinet measures 307 x 287 x 310 mm and weighs 11.8 kg: it slides against a wall or into a corner without taking a piece of furniture's space. Two satin finishes are offered, black and white, with a magnetic grille.
