High-bandwidth subwoofer

The BW-2 is an active subwoofer with a 10-inch long-throw driver, anodised aluminium cone and 50 mm voice coil. Its closed 14-litre MDF cabinet is only 17.2 cm deep. It reaches a maximum level of 106 dB.

White subwoofer on the floor of a living room

400 W Class D amplification

The built-in amplifier is a Lyngdorf Class D design, based on more than fifteen years of experience. Its 400 W RMS keep control of the driver even at high levels. In standby, consumption stays below 0.5 W.

Bypass mode to 800 Hz

On the line input, the BW-2 covers 25 to 200 Hz with an adjustable crossover from 60 to 200 Hz and works with any amplifier. Connected to a Lyngdorf amplifier, it bypasses its internal filters and extends up to 800 Hz. It then works as a boundary woofer.

Upright or horizontal placement

The BW-2 can stand upright or lie on its side to fit the available space. It comes in matte black with a black grille and in matte white with a grey grille, and accepts optional Gabriel fabrics. It suits a stereo system as well as a home cinema.
