25 mm Braced MDF

The Anthra W15 is an active subwoofer in a sealed cabinet of braced 25 mm MDF, with a 36 mm front baffle. The cube measures 439 x 439 x 439 mm without feet and weighs 35.41 kg. Cloth grilles attach magnetically.

50 mm of Excursion

The 15-inch (381 mm) C-CAM driver combines triple suspension and Rigid Surface Technology II. Peak-to-peak excursion reaches 50 mm. At 240 V, a Class-D amplifier drives it with 2500 W RMS on an instantaneous signal and 1400 W with a sine wave held for 10 seconds. Response extends down to 16 Hz at -6 dB.

DSP Set Through MaestroUnite

The 28-bit, 50 MIPS DSP is configured through MaestroUnite. The low-pass filter covers 20 to 200 Hz with a slope adjustable from -3 to -48 dB per octave, and phase adjusts from 0 to 360 degrees. Three predefined EQ curves sit alongside three custom curves of 8 bands each.

XLR and RCA Connections

Signal enters on stereo RCA or on balanced mono/LFE XLR, and leaves through unbuffered pass-through outputs in the same formats. The autoranging input accepts up to 10 Vrms. The mains input is universal, 85 to 265 VAC.
