381 mm C-CAM Driver

The Vestra W15 is built around a 15-inch (381 mm) C-CAM driver with high linear excursion and triple suspension, in a ported cabinet. With all accessories fitted, it measures 540 x 526 x 556 mm and weighs 30.3 kg. In-room response reaches down to 17 Hz at -6 dB.

500 W Class-D Amplifier

The Class-D amplifier delivers 500 W RMS of instantaneous output. Usable peak SPL reaches 117 dB to CTA 2010-B, measured in half-space. At one-eighth of maximum output, power consumption stays at 120 W.

Filter, Phase and EQ

The low-pass filter adjusts from 32 to 200 Hz and phase switches between 0° and 180°. Three DSP presets, Impact, Movie and Music, change the equalisation curve.

RCA Inputs, 12 V Trigger

At the rear, a stereo RCA input and an LFE RCA input take the signal, at 47 kOhms input impedance. A 12 V trigger on a 3.5 mm mono jack handles switch-on. Without it, the subwoofer wakes at 3 mV of input and returns to standby after 20 minutes without signal.
