12 Inch Driver

The 12 inch front-firing driver works on a high-excursion double-vented basket, with a four-layer 2 inch / 52 mm voice coil. The dual ferrite motor keeps the cone under control at high level. The bass reflex port exits on the bottom or the back depending on the model.

Class D Amplification

The Class D amplifier supplies 300 W RMS and 600 W dynamic. An anti-clipping circuit limits distortion as the level rises. Response extends from 29 - 180 Hz at ± 3 dB and from 23 - 250 Hz at ± 10 dB.

DSP Presets

The DSP carries four presets that match the curve to film, to music or to the room modes. The display is dimmable and disappears once the subwoofer is set. The low-pass filter covers 50 to 180 Hz at 12 dB per octave.

Cabinet and Connections

The cabinet is 20 millimetre MDF, with gold-plated RCA stereo and LFE and a nickel-plated high-level input. An RCA output allows a second subwoofer to be connected. It measures 36 x 42 x 51 cm and weighs 18 kg.
