Compact Aluminium Cabinet

The cabinet is cut from an aluminium profile 23 centimetres a side, which lets it sit under a cabinet or against a wall. The rigidity of the metal avoids the colouration a thin panel would add. The whole unit weighs only 9 kg for 23 x 23 x 25 cm.

Active Driver and Passive Radiators

A 6.5 inch active driver fires forward, assisted by two passive radiators of the same diameter on the sides. The reinforced polypropylene cone sits on a double-vented basket. The four-layer 2 inch / 52 mm voice coil guides the excursion.

Class AB Amplification

The Class AB amplifier delivers 300 W RMS and 800 W dynamic. The Digital Drive Control System watches cone movement and corrects distortion continuously. Response covers 32 - 180 Hz at ± 3 dB and 18 - 300 Hz overall.

Subwoofer Direct and Connections

The Subwoofer Direct function bypasses the internal filter when the processor or home cinema amplifier already handles the crossover. Otherwise the low-pass is adjustable from 40 to 200 Hz at 12 dB per octave. Inputs gather gold-plated RCA stereo, LFE and nickel-plated high level.
